Manufacturing Procedures 生产程序:
1.  Packing 包装
As the mask is machine made, it is QC inspected individually and hand-packed into bag/box and then into carton.
口罩由机器制造，独立质量控制，以致手工包装成袋或盒装，然后到纸箱。
2.  Process 生产过程
Mother roll is slit to required width. Then, mount the roll onto the machine for self folding, inserting nose piece, ultra-sonic cut to standard size of the mask. From a separate machine, mask is self-stick with ribbon & earloop and then cut the ribbon in the same process, QC checked and packed.
整卷无纺布分切至需要的宽度。然后，装到机器廿一金其自我折叠，插入鼻条，利用超声波切至标准尺寸的口罩。从另一台机器，把口罩包边及点上耳挂橡筋，然后在同一进程中，质量控制检查和包装。
3.  Quality Control 品质控制
As partially explained in point 3 above, all masks are checked individually and inspected for ultra-sonic welding of earloop in order to make sure its firmness. Defective mask must be rejected and handled separately.
由于部分已于*3点说明，所有口罩将独立检查超声波焊接的耳挂橡筋，以确保耳挂的牢固。有问题的产品**丢弃，并分开处理。
